This kids' room has its own clubhouse'near the ceiling. The unusually high ceilings in this room begged for a hideaway, and a place to keep all those stuffed animals

In the kids bath, a small closet and some hall space were captured to create an amazing large bathroom. The sink is salvaged, and the original radiator reinstalled. Two new mahogany windows match the same details as in the master bath

Choosing a tub with a curved corner on one side allows this space to also stay as open as possible. The toilet is tucked into the corner with the second window

The kids bath is also remodeled. Again, there are custom cabinets for the vanity and a medicine cabinet, but this time in a style traditional for this Seattle remodels for kids. The terrazzo countertop has blue accents, picking up the color of the walls
