steep slope garage

It was bad enough, she wouldn't park a car in it and only gingerly walked out to retrieve items stored there. The rickety old garage hanging over a steep hill in the Admiral district had to go, and to put a new one in its place required soldier and pin piles, significant structural support and diligent care to construct. It also has one of the nicest views of any garage in West Seattle. Completed 2019.
