Fine details, rustic finishes and a green aesthetic define this custom home, designed to be enjoyed by future generations on a family property with spectacular sound views. From heating systems to flooring and countertops, the focus is on energy-efficient and reclaimed materials that are both beautiful and one-of-a-kind. Flooring from the family home that was demolished for this project was salvaged to flank the open stairwell from the basement to the second level and a family-made light fixture graces the entry.
