Admiral whole house remodel

This West Seattle home had seen its share of remodeling, and yet a proper foundation was never installed in its many years. This was rectified at the same time a small entry addition and landing was added. But the real work was in substantially rearranging the main floor plan, flip-flopping the kitchen and dining area, expanding the main floor bath, and then adding a bath to the basement. New flooring with radiant heat keeps the house cozy and compliments the contemporary finishes and exposed beams. Completed 2022.

  • Streamlined kitchen with “skinny” fridge and induction range
  • Basement bath uses a pump that’s part of the toilet for all bathroom waste water
  • Entry door relocated to side between house and studio and fireplace removed
