greenhouse and retail annex
West Seattle Nursery was bursting at the seams. Their existing retail location was dark and space was limited, while they were running out of room for plants. The natural solution was expanding next door, which involved removing an old home. The new retail space is in a custom greenhouse with lots of light and space. It’s attached to an energy-efficient SIPS building with storage and office space. An espresso bar added in 2018 give an excuse to not just shop, but stay for a while and enjoy it.
