fauntleroy custom home
A tiny 1940s home had been in the family for years and was in serious enough disrepair that it was time to start over. Retired and interested in an economical and accessible design, the clients chose a floor plan focused around the main floor, with upper level bedrooms and bath intended only for guests. The result is a comfortable and open floor plan, and expansive views of the ferry dock and Lincoln Park across the street. Completed 2020.
