addition & basement
The owners of this 100-year-old Central Seattle home wanted to add some significant square footage to the house. By removing a small addition on the back, and using a 450sf footprint, we dug down 8 feet to create a full-height basement, then built a full first and second story, and a full height attic. The result is a whole house remodel with a potential 1800sf of space, a new kitchen and bedroom, a full master suite and lots of dry basement storage.
