admiral whole house remodel
It’s hard to find an older home that hasn’t settled a bit, but this 1950s home was sinking noticeably toward one corner of the foundation. Task number one was to bring that area back to as level as possible. Then the remodeling could begin: new windows and doors, kitchen and two baths, new wood flooring, stairs, railings and the rest. Even the basement had a bit of a makeover for what now feels like a brand new home. Completed 2021.
