Ventana Construction LLC is a Seattle-based General Contractor specializing in residential remodels and additions. Projects include kitchens, baths, basements, dormers, additions and complete interior and exterior remodels. We offer 25 years of building experience, from modest renovations to complete remodels with high-end finishes.

where to start?
Our work starts with an initial meeting at the job site to talk about the project and review architectural plans. We then create an initial estimate of costs. All of this is free of charge. Once we've agreed to proceed with the project, we refine the estimate of costs, produce a detailed scope of work, start to solicit bids from subcontractors and create a schedule for your project. Then we start to build.

They will make sure your project is built right and looks exactly the way you want it to. We use a limited number of highly skilled subcontractors whose work we know and trust.

project goals
Communication and quality are the focus. Throughout the building process we keep clients informed about how their project is proceeding. We schedule weekly meetings (or e-mails, if you prefer) to go over costs and talk about anticipated changes or additions to the scope of work. We also provide a weekly percent completion analysis, so that you can track exactly where costs are going.
